So...minus 2 this week. I am happy with these results. I wish it could have been 5!! He he! It felt good to just get back on track and to feel a little healthier. I just keep looking at all of the clothes that I have in my closet just calling my name! I really want to wear them!!
I had someone ask me this week why I started a diet right before the Holidays and my answer to them and to any one else that might be wondering...Last year I gained 8 lbs over the holiday months!!! Not a good thing! Why would I want to just add that on to what I already have to lose! If I can lose a few that would be great! I am not going to freak out about it, but I am going to try not to gain for sure! My goal this week with Thanksgiving is to be really good the rest of the week-but have a "somewhat" free day on Thursday. My weakness is all of the picking before the meal. I am going to try to hold out for the meal and then pile up on the veggies and other things that may not hurt as much. I am going to make a chocolate pudding pie with fat free milk and fat free coll whip. That will be my choice. Anyhow, good luck to those of you out there that are trying to do the same thing! Until next time...

2 is awesome - way to go! And just a tip about Thanksgiving I got last year from Weight Watchers: splurge on things that are served especially for the holiday. You can usually get potatoes and other common things at future meals, but the stuffing and pumpkin pie aren't always in season so to say! Good luck!
2 is great I got nothing to show for the past week. I'm working out every day, but now I need to work on my food intake and stop eating after 7:00 8:00. What time of night do they say to stop eating?
